This policy explains what information Reality Reconnect ("we", "us") collects when you visit our pages, register for a masterclass, apply, or book a call, and what we do with it. Reality Reconnect is a DPDR recovery coaching business run by Andres Wolf.

What we collect

Details you give us: your name, email address and phone number when you register, plus anything you share in an application, on a booking form or on a call (for example your symptoms, how your DPDR started and what you've already tried).
Webinar activity: whether you attended, how long you stayed, and messages you send in the chat.
Device and usage data: pages you visit, the link or ad that brought you here, browser type and IP address, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

To register you for the masterclass and send your join link, reminders and the replay.
To review your application, schedule your call and get back to you.
To send emails and text messages about the masterclass and our coaching program.
To understand which ads and pages work, and to show our ads to people likely to find them useful.
To run, secure and improve our pages and services.

Anything you tell us about your symptoms or health is used only to understand your situation and decide whether our coaching is a fit. We are a coaching business, not a healthcare provider.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Reality Reconnect about the masterclass, your call and our program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Service providers that help us send messages only use it to deliver our messages to you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services we use to run Reality Reconnect, and only so they can do that work for us:

GoHighLevel (pages, forms, contact records, email and text messages)
WebinarJam (hosting the live masterclass)
Kit (email)
Typeform (applications) and Calendly (call booking)
Zapier (connecting these tools)
Meta (ad measurement through the Meta Pixel)
YouTube and Wistia (videos on our pages)

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Cookies and ads

We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and change your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you're on our list or working with us, and for as long as we need it for the reasons above or to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe from emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
Stop text messages by replying STOP.
Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].

Depending on where you live (for example California, the UK or the EU), you may have extra rights over your data. Email us and we'll help.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Under 18s

Our masterclass and program are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
